"All Things New" Education Survey!

The Catholic Education Task Force, comprised of pastors, administrators, teachers, parents, and community members, has developed a survey so we can hear first-hand from your experiences with Catholic Education in the Archdiocese.  This survey has been designed to hear from anyone, including former and prospective parents, donors, volunteers, teachers, and parish community members, within the Archdiocese, regardless if they currently have children enrolled in a Catholic School.

The survey will allow you to anonymously share your thoughts about Catholic Education which will provide valuable input to the All Things New strategic pastoral planning initiative.  Because the survey is focused on Catholic Education across the Archdiocese of St. Louis, you will not be able to provide feedback about a specific school or parish.  This survey is meant to be a first step and allow the team to gather initial information from you which will allow for future more focused opportunities for input and feedback.

About the Survey:

The survey is intended to get a snapshot of attitudes, beliefs, and decision-making criteria from various stakeholders about Catholic Education in the Archdiocese. This critical baseline information will be used in considering the future of Catholic education.

Survey respondents will have the opportunity to share their input about Catholic Schools and Parish-Based Religious Education programs (e.g. PSR).

The Catholic Education Advisory Task Force (comprised of Catholic School administrators, faculty, staff, parents, and pastors) developed the survey.

The survey is designed to be taken by anyone regardless of parish affiliation, including those individuals who are not Catholic.

It is not required that survey respondents currently send children to a Catholic School.

The survey is designed to be anonymous and therefore does not ask for any identifying information, including name or school that an individual may be associated with.

Survey responses will not be specific to an individual school or parish; therefore, results will not be connected to a particular school or parish.

There are no survey questions geared toward current students.  Other opportunities for current student feedback will be explored for the future.

The Survey timeline:

The survey will be available from Tuesday, April 5 through Monday, May 2.

The survey can be accessed online through the following link:

The survey can take between 5 minutes and 25 minutes, depending on the relationship of the survey respondent to Catholic Education in the Archdiocese.

More focused opportunities to provide input will be available through the next year as we learn from the output of this survey and progress toward Pentecost 2023.

Thank you for your continued support of the All Things New strategic pastoral planning initiative and Catholic Education in the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
