On November 3, voters will get the opportunity to restore pro-life values back into the Missouri Constitution. Voting yes on Amendment 3 means fighting for the sanctity and dignity of all human life by removing the pro-abortion amendment that narrowly passed in 2024. What is Amendment 3

Amendment 3, also known as HJR 73, will let Missourians decide whether pro-life values will be restored as a constitutional measure.

Amendment 3 will:

• Substantially limit the number of abortions performed in Missouri.
• Require abortion clinics to meet thorough safety standards.
• Ensure parental consent for abortions for minors.
• Prohibit gender transition surgery for minors.
• Significantly limit public funding for abortion services.
